The HELLO Labs whitepaper

How the show, the accelerator, the markets and $HELLO fit together, and how value moves between them.

01

Introduction

HELLO Labs is a media and markets company. We make the TV show founders want to be on, then help them grow, launch and trade.

Most Web3 projects buy attention and lose it again when the campaign ends. HELLO Labs is built the other way around. The media is ours: a TV series streaming on mainstream platforms, a live pitch format and a network of creators. That attention is turned into something that lasts: companies that are ready to scale, and markets where their tokens trade.

The company has four parts that work as one engine:

HELLO MediaKiller Whales on TV, Killer Whales: Live, podcasts and X Spaces.
HELLO GrowthThe media-led accelerator, from inception to active trading.
HELLO TradeHELLO DEX and HELLO Markets: swap, provide liquidity and earn.
HELLO Protocol$HELLO and the rules behind it: fee share, staking rewards, buy and burn.

HELLO Media

Killer Whales

Killer Whales is the crypto pitch show. Founders pitch to a panel of Whales, investors and operators such as Anthony Scaramucci, Mario Nawfal and Ran Neuner, who vote Swim or Sink. It is produced by HELLO Labs with CoinMarketCap and Altcoin Daily, and streams on Apple TV, Prime Video, Tubi, Google Play and Xumo.

Six of the 32 companies that pitched have since been acquired or integrated into larger platforms, including Wallet Guard (acquired by MetaMask) and Sleap.io (acquired by Staynex). Season 2 carried a $1.5M prize pool. Season 3 opens the format to AI and robotics companies.

Killer Whales: Live

Killer Whales: Live is the front door. Projects pitch live for ten minutes, take questions from three Whales, and the audience votes in real time. It is simulcast on X, YouTube and Twitch. The strongest teams move on to the TV show, the incubator or the accelerator.

03

HELLO Growth

HELLO Growth is the media-led accelerator. It is for teams with strong technology who are ready to be seen, and it runs their go-to-market with the creators of Killer Whales.

  • Story and positioning. The pitch is built and coached until it holds up in front of investors and buyers.
  • Distribution. Access to 1,350+ KOLs, the show, Killer Whales: Live and X Spaces.
  • Capital. Introductions to the Whales Club: 50+ VCs, angels, KOLs and liquidity partners.
  • Launch and markets. Listing on HELLO DEX, LP lock and staking pools on HELLO Markets.

Programmes run for 4 to 12 weeks. Selected builders can also join our accelerator work with Layer 1 ecosystems, including Moonbeam, Solana, Supra and SUI, for ecosystem backing, strategic guidance and a larger network.

04

HELLO Trade

HELLO Trade is the name for the market products: HELLO DEX to trade and HELLO Markets to earn. HELLO Markets has two parts: the $HELLO staking pools and Community Markets. Together they give every project that comes through the show a liquid market, and give holders a reason to stay.

4.1 HELLO DEX

HELLO DEX is a concentrated-liquidity (V3) exchange on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Base. It pays trading fees back to the people who make the market: liquidity providers, the projects that list, and $HELLO stakers.

  • Permissionless listing. Pick a token pair and a fee tier (0.05%, 0.3% or 1%) and the pool is live.
  • Concentrated liquidity. LPs choose a price range. Positions are held as NFTs.
  • LP Locker. Projects can lock their position NFT so the community can see the liquidity stays.
  • Routing. The router finds single and multi-hop routes. Market makers can keep their strategy through the API.
  • For projects. Free listing for HELLO Growth projects and selected partners, promotion through the show and KOL campaigns, and referrals: referrers earn 10% of listing and promotion fees and 2.5% of trading revenue for a year.
  • Security. Audited by CertiK. CertiK audit ↗

4.2 Fees and revenue split

Every swap pays the pool's fee tier. That fee is split between the liquidity providers and the protocol:

Share of each trading feeRange
Liquidity providers and pair creators50–60%
Protocol40–50%

The protocol's share is then split three ways:

Protocol shareSplit
$HELLO stakers60%
Treasury25%
Buy back and burn $HELLO15%

Example at the midpoint: of every $100 in fees, about $54 goes to LPs and pair creators, $26 to $HELLO stakers, $11 to the treasury and $7 buys $HELLO and burns it.

Depending on the pool and fee tier, up to 87.5% of a pair's trading fees goes back to the pair creator and its liquidity providers.

4.3 HELLO Markets

HELLO Markets is where $HELLO holders put their tokens to work. You lock tokens in a pool for a set time and get them back at the end with rewards on top. Every pool has a fixed lock, a published yearly rate and a clear end date. Rewards are paid in $HELLO and shown on your dashboard at hellomarkets.io.

PoolLockMinimum yearly rate
$HELLO single stake90 days9%
$HELLO single stake270 days11%
HELLO / ETH LP90 days13%
HELLO / ETH LP270 days16%

Rates as listed on hellomarkets.io in October 2026. Pools, locks and rates can change.

  • Single stake. Deposit $HELLO only. The simplest option, with no exposure to a second token.
  • LP stake. Deposit $HELLO and ETH together as liquidity on HELLO DEX, then stake the position. It earns more because it deepens the HELLO / ETH market every buyer and seller uses.
  • Where rewards come from. Rewards are incentives provided by the partner that owns the token in each pool.
  • Why it matters. Locked tokens leave circulation for the length of the lock, and LP staking lowers price impact for everyone buying $HELLO.

4.4 Community Markets

Community Markets turn a community's support for a project into liquidity on HELLO DEX. Anyone can open a market for a listed token, invite their community, and everyone who joins earns a share of the trading fees that market generates. The DEX, its liquidity providers and $HELLO all do better when there is more liquidity, and Community Markets give holders a simple, social reason to provide it.

  1. Claim a market. A community leader, the captain, claims a ticker (for example PEPE on Solana), adds a picture and a story, and seeds it with $100 of liquidity.
  2. Rally the community. The captain shares the market link. Anyone can join with any amount.
  3. Send any coin. Members don't need the market's tokens. They send ETH, BTC, USDC, $HELLO or another supported coin, and the contract swaps it into the market's two tokens and adds it to the pool.
  4. Earn on every trade. The LP share of each trading fee is split across everyone in the market by their share.
  5. Take it or stack it. Withdraw fees in the market's tokens, or reinvest them to grow your share.
  • For holders. Instead of selling old coins to buy the one they believe in, they put them to work for that project.
  • For captains. A market to build and lead. The captain receives a portion of the Community Market's token allocation.
  • For project teams. A liquidity campaign that deepens their pool without paying market makers, where their own holders earn the fees.
  • Fees and $HELLO. Every trade pays the HELLO DEX fee and follows the split in 4.2, so part of it buys back and burns $HELLO.
  • Withdrawals. Members can withdraw their share and fees at any time, in the market's two tokens at their value at that moment.
  • No endorsement. Markets are opened and run by communities. A market does not mean the project behind the token is involved, unless the project says so.
05

$HELLO token

$HELLO connects the show, the accelerator and the markets. It is staked on HELLO Markets, earns a share of HELLO DEX fees, and is bought back and burned from protocol revenue.

There is no vesting: contributor and advisory allocations are not locked or released over time.

5.2 Buy and burn

15% of the protocol's share of every HELLO DEX trade buys $HELLO on the market and burns it. Because supply is fixed and nothing is minted, every burn reduces total supply for good. Burned tokens are sent to the dead address 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD, where anyone can verify them.

The flywheel

MediaThe show brings attention
›
GrowthAttention brings founders
›
MarketsFounders bring tokens and liquidity
›
$HELLOMarkets feed $HELLO, which funds the next season

Each part makes the next one stronger. More attention brings better founders. Better founders bring tokens and communities to HELLO DEX and Community Markets. More trading means more fees for LPs and stakers and more $HELLO bought and burned. That revenue funds the next season of the show.

07

Risks and disclaimer

  • Volatility. Crypto assets, including $HELLO, can lose value quickly.
  • Impermanent loss. Liquidity positions hold two tokens. If one moves against the other, the position can be worth less than holding both.
  • Variable returns. Fees depend on trading volume, and staking rewards are paid in tokens whose value changes. Rates shown are not guaranteed.
  • Smart contracts. Audits reduce risk but do not remove it.
  • Regulation. Rules differ by country and can change. Some products may not be available where you live.

This whitepaper describes the HELLO Labs ecosystem for information only. It is not an offer to sell, or advice to buy, any asset, and nothing in it is financial, legal or tax advice. Figures can change; the live products and contracts are the reference.
